Scott Schroeder stands out as a leadership practitioner, bringing a unique blend of over three decades of leadership experience in the military, nonprofit, and private sectors. His approach, honed through years of leading and operating in complex organizations and environments, is driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others unlock their full potential. His focus on working with individuals in construction, manufacturing, the trades, first responders and the military, underscores his commitment to supporting those who do hard work.
Scott's retirement from the military marked the beginning of a new chapter as an author. His book, Behind The Colors, a guide for enlisted leaders, was published in 2018 and has since maintained its position in the top 2% of all books available through Amazon. His selection as a leadership fellow for the Association of the United States Army and his published article on Mentorship in the Army magazine further attest to his thought leadership and credibility in the field.
Scott has led teams as small as four and within organizations of over 400,000. He is equally comfortable on the front line as he is in the C-Suite.
Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys fitness and remains connected and committed to assisting veterans and veteran organizations.
